To optimize the advantages of SMART Workplace, a one-day training program was arranged by the Eastern Regional Coordinating Council (ERCC), the Office of the Head of Local Government Service (OHLGS), and E-Solutions Consulting. The training’s goal was to give the employees the abilities and information they needed to use the smart workplace system efficiently. The staff’s adoption of digital workplace solutions demonstrated the success of the training. The Regional MIS Officer, all department and unit heads, and every member of the Fanteakwa North District Assembly staff were present.
